Thought I would introduce myself.

My DH, myself and my DD (7) and DS (4) are going to Disneyland February 7-16, 2008. We bought the five day park hopper passes.

We are Canadian and are doing the package through Westjet vacations. Love the exchange rate when I booked.

My DH and I have been to Disney numerous times in the 90's, but never with kids before (except ourselves that is). LOL.

Wondering about where to find height restrictions for rides.

I am celebrating a birthday while I am down there.

Unable to help with your questions, but a BIG WELCOME.

I usually go to the DLR website and type "height restrictions" in the search box, this pops up a link.

Welcome! Come on over to the Canadian board and say hello also. What part of Canada are you from? A Calgarian here!:thumbsup2

welcome to the site, and I think you can find it on disneyland.com when you read about each the rides.
I found mine in the disneyland maps too.

Welcome, and I hope you have a wonderul time. :cool1: Don't forget to pick up your birthday button :bday: at either Disneyland or DCA (guest services). You can also get the kids a "First Visit" button (so they don't get jealous :rotfl2: ). If you wear your button when visiting the Mission Tortilla Factory at DCA you will get not the usual 1 free flour or corn tortilla (depending on what they are making that day) you will get a package of 12-fresh and HOT off the machine. :cloud9: They are delicious!

I would like to welcome you to the board from a fellow Canadian. I found the height requirements on 2 websites. The first is in the planning section of the DIS website. You can also find the information at allearsnet.com. It seems that the average height requirement is 40 inches, from looking at the information I have found. There are a few rides that have a height requirement of 35 inches (Gadget Go Coaster, and the Matterhorn), but it seems that 40 inches is the average. Hope that you have a great time on your trip. Will be looking forward to the trip report.

Hello from another Canuck!:welcome:
We will be visiting from Feb 10-18 and also celebrating two birthday party:
Couldn't find a great fare from West Jet so we fly Alaska.
Hoping that your trip is as magical as our past ones have been!

Di
