My daughter has a Boxer with a tongue just like Gunner's. No he never out grew that tongue. Gunner is a beauty and I'm sure you'll have a wonderful pet. Boxer's are great family pets. A little messy with their "slime" though

The dog in the kennel in the back is my husbands work dog. (police dog)
We had to bring her w/ us to meet the boxer to make sure they would get along. The first few minutes were kinda tense, but now, they are best friends!! It's so funny, when we let Gunner go outside w/ Xena, he usually comes back in soaking wet w/ her slobber!! They have a blast together!! They really wear each other out!!

Ok, as some of you may remember, on May 25th, we had to put our beloved Rottie Riese to sleep. (14 yrs old and failing health). Well, after several weeks of debate, and looking at several rescue groups, we found, fell in love, and adopted a Boxer puppy. He is 5 months old and we have named him Gunner.
