Hey DLP fans!

Finally, Ive joined up! Ive been lurking for a long time!
Im a single mum (24) from Dublin Ireland. Ive a 5 yr old daughter and were off on our first trip to dlp at the end of march.
We have been to Orlando 4 times since my little one was born so this year we decided not to stay too far from home and head to paris instead!

Looking forward to getting loads of tips for your all

Hi everyone.

I was sent over to this site by someone on MSE. We are a family of Mummy and Daddy bear and 2 little boy bears of 3 and 11.

We are off to dlp on the 24 March for 3 nights direct on Eurostar we will be stopping in the Cheyanne hotel and have booked Half board plus due to the exchange rate. We have also booked for the the wild west dinner show. This is our first visit to dlp but we did go to wdw in 2004.

Hi All -

My name is Leslie and I am a single mom of the most amazing 18 year old twin daughters. They are in their senior year of high school and will be leaving for college in August. We live in San Antonio, Texas and I have one daughter heading to college in Florida (go Seminoles!!). Not sure where the other daughter is headed but will most likely be Dallas or Chicago. Both are very talented musicians and continue to amaze me with their success.

We are heading to London and Paris on an Adventures by Disney trip to celebrate their graduation from High School and their acceptance into college. We did a 2 day add on to our trip so we could go to DLP. Saying we are excited would be the understatement of the year! We are counting down the days!!

We will be at the Disneyland Hotel and the parks June 22nd & June 23rd. Anyone else there at the same time?

Hi there,

Hoping to get to DLP in early July, went to DL nearly two years ago now, and the DisBoards were amazing at trying to plan stuff.

Was spoiled last time thou as I used Dreams Unlimted Travel, and Katie Gave us the most fantastic trip ever. That was really useful when you are on the other side of the world. No such service for DLP so and reading up on the DISboards.

Been to DLP twice before and going again in May.
One day my aim is to take the kiddies to WDW Florida as me and OH have been but not them. (not sure how long it will take as other things need to be paid off first! ).

Hi everyone,

I've been lurking and reading for a long time but thought perhaps I should get round to registering and posting.

My name is Heather, I'm married and we have two boys - Cameron who's 7 and Max who's almost 3. We're just about to go on our third DLRP trip in less than a year at the end of the month. We went for the first time last Easter then spent Christmas there and now we've definitely got the bug - we can't stay away

Our next trip is only a short one - 2 nights on the 29th of March. The kids don't know we're going yet - we're just going to get in the car and see how long it takes them to cotton on!

Anyway, just wanted to say hi and I look forward to chatting to you all!

No kiddies yet but hoping to have one in the very near future We have been married for almost a year (16/03), went to DLP for our 'mini' honeymoon which was superb and heading to WDW in April for a very belated proper honeymoon/1st wedding anniversary treat. Personally I have visited DLP 8 times now and still love the 'old' place Lovely to meet you all

Hi all - Long time no see I know.

I'm Mark (28) from Torquay,Devon (UK) with my wife Nickie (36 - I didn't tell you that by the way sssshhh), with our kids Ryan (12), Coral (9) and Molly (15 months).

Went to DLRP twice last year , first time was September and second time was in December for a surprise trip for the kids.

Hoping to go back again in June this year all being well work wise etc.

I was in DLP when i was about 15, we as a family went on our first trip in October 08 and i knew we would get the bug and we are going back for my 30th and DD'd 7th birthday in June. Cant wait

I think I originally joined back in 2006 when we did our first wonderful but too short trip to DLP for my daughter's 4th Birthday and am now back in 2009 for our 3rd trip.

I am, Ruth, 35 with hubby (40) and Madelane (6years old-7 in April). We are off to DLP for an all expenses 4 nights/5 days trip to the Hotel New York which we have just booked last week for the beginning of May curtesy of my father and mother who are also coming with us.

2nd trip was a wonderful 3 night stay at the Davet Crockett Ranch which we adored but am this time going half board plus too to take the pressure off doing it self catering.

Wondering how much has changed in the last 2 years in DLP...and very excited to see it all again and experience the next age of rides etc for Madelane now she is older and taller !!!!

I will be very willing to write restaurants reviews when we return and collect menu pictures etc to be added on to the review section. Hoping to sample the Parkside Diner, Hunters Grill, perhaps Cape Cod and the Lucky Nugget.

I also fancy Pizza Planet as Madelane is MAD on Toy STORY at the moment although it has some not-so-hot reviews but am still willing to try it.

Anyway I will be on here al lot now planning for this new trip which we are keeping secret from till the night before we fly

Hi Everyone!

I'm Sammy and I'm 16 and live in the UK and am a student at art college. I've just joined the DIS but my Mum is Ware Bears on here so I already know a lot about the world of the DISboards.

I'm just as Disney-mad as my Mum, but also mad on Twilight, Gossip Girl, 90210 and Doctor Who.

I went to a Disney Theme Park for the first time when I was 11 (nearly 12!!) to Walt Disney World and I loved every second of it. I went to WDW again at Easter 2007 and am going again to WDW this December for Christmas and New Year which I am really excited for. We are also going on our first Disney Cruise for my Dad's 50th and am so excited to go. Me and my sisters didn't find out until Christmas Day 08 and I cried so dread to think what I will be like when I actually go there.

I went to Disneyland Resort Paris for the first time in the Summer of 2005 and since then have been at Christmas 05, Summer 06, Halloween 07 and Summer 08. I love it there and I feel like its my second home.
