This article below was in friday's USA Today concerning the hassles at the airport concerning luggage checks. Another reason I am glad we only do carry-ons only.

How do you get by for a whole vacation on one carry on worth of stuff???

We always have at least 4 giant suitcases!!!!

Yea, really! LOL! Can you come pack for our next trip? We usually have one huge suitcase, two carry on, a backbacks and tote bags!

My wife and I always only carry 1 carry-on each and a travel shoulder bag.We are usually only gone 6-7 days on each trip

We are DVC members so we are fortunate where ever we stay has a washer and dryer(less clothes to bring). We are always going to warm climates (Florida,Phoenix,Vegas,etc) so we don't bring any jackets,pants,sweaters,etc. That means less clothes in suitcase. Mainly shorts,golf shirts,etc for the trip.Our accomodations(DVC) always have hair dryers,irons,ironing boards,etc.

This way we never have towait for luggage,or a chance of it being lost. We are usually in our rental car(National-Emarald Aisle) in Florida 10 minutes after landing and leaving the plane.
