Intimate Wedding- a few questions

I am new and I am really glad I found this board. I have really enjoyed reading the info about weddings and seeing the pics from your Disney weddings. anyway--

I am trying to have an Intimate Wedding [even though my fiance is convinced that his mom and grandparents wouldn't go to Florida for it]. my parents are all for it so I called the number on the Intimate Wedding website and talked to a really nice guy. He took my info and said that a wedding coordinator would call me in a few days. It's been a week, should i call that number again? I don't know if they take longer than a week or not. I want to get married in March '07 at the Wedding Pavilion and I want to make sure that they will have dates available. What times do they usually do at the Wedding Pavilion? Also, about the tuxes, should we rent them up here in Maryland and take them to FL or would it be easier to rent them down there?

Any other info that you think would be important would be greatly appreciated as well. I want to gather as much info as I can. I just don't know why they haven't called me back!

i say give them a call again and see what is going on. if you want to get married in march of 07, they should've called by now. they have times for the WP just about all day. morning, afternoon, night. whatever tickles your fancy. there is a great tux shop called Carolyn Allen's. my DH got his tuxes there. they drop off the tuxes at your resort and will pick them up when you are done with them. you wouldn't have to leave the property to pick them up and take them back! you can even make arrangements for them to send someone to your room to steam your gown. here is the website for carolyn allen's: http://www.carolynallens.com/

Definately give them a call again! DF and I are using After Hours for our tux's, I dont know if they have one where you are at. They are owned by Davids Bridal. We got all the measurements done down here, we are picking them up down here, and dropping them off at the After Hours in Orlando!

If you also have email I would give them your email address. They had tried to call me but couldn't get me so I got an email from a wedding co-ordinator. She has been very helpful and answered any questions that I had.
