Intimate- Getting from WP to Cake Cutting

Just curious, do you walk from the ceremony to the cake cutting at Commander's Terrace? or do you use your limo service?? What have other brides done or what are you planning to do?

We are getting married in 2 weeks at the WP. We chose to use the limo the night before for a special dinner and evening out. We live in Florida and are only having 6 members of our immediate family. We will have 3 cars, so we are driving ourselves to and from on the day of. If you won't have cars at your disposal they do recommend using the limo on the day of to make things easier. HTH!

I had Cindy's glass coach. It took me and DH to the GF after the wedding. EM's with golf carts took my guests over to the GF.

Hi All,
We also had Cinderella's Carriage, which was a lovely meander up to the Grand Floridian and our guests went up in the Limo.
The Limo hire included in the package is about 4 hours worth, which is more than enough and we used it as much as possible.

We had the limo pick me and guests up from International Drive then drop us at the WP. It then went back and transferred the Bride & Bridesmaid from the AKL to the GF where she met the Cindy's Carriage.
After the Ceremony, the transport was all waiting for us outside, so once the photos were finished, we all headed off to the GF.

The actual difficult bit was the evening. We stayed at the GF and dined at Victoria & Albert's and ended up all getting expensive taxi's back to our various hotels.

We Got Married A Sunset Pointe And Used The Limo Service From Okw To The Wedding Site Then The Limo Took Us To Gf For Our Dinner At Victoria And Alberts We Told The Driver To Wait For Us If The Time Lapsed That We Would Pay The Extra Fee, Which I Don't Recall Being Too Much

we had our ceremony at 2pm. the limo picked the groom and the rest of the guests up from the AK lodge at 1pm, then came to pick me and my parents up from the POR at 1.30. we got to the WP around 1.45 ish and started the ceremony early to try and beat the rain. after the ceremony and the photos the limo took the guests to the GF while me and gary took some more photos on the beach, then came back for us. we then had them pick us up around 4.30ish to take us to the contemporary for dinner at chef mickeys. we then had to get back to the GF for our wishes cruise (if i'd have been thinking at the time i booked it i'd have gotten it to pick us up from the contemporary marina, duh!!!) so we took the monorail over. it was fun!!
