It changes all the time depending on my mood, the one food I couldnt give up is bread.

Have you ever been to New York City? I went for 4 nights in Dec' 2000 - Had a brilliant time

Do you eat breakfast daily? We tend to only eat it on a weekend, at 6.30 it doesnt seem so appealing!

I never used to but since I started the diet I never miss it. Really makes a difference to the weight loss.

Do you prefer white/brown or wholemeal bread?

White for sandwiches but Wholemeal is great for toast.

If you could change one thing about your appearance what would it be?
I'd like a smaller bum
