I don't usually stay until the parks close. Several times this trip I was back at the room watching the olympics, finding out about ts Fay and icing the bad knee and ankle so that I could go on the next day.


Do you get a chance to swim in the pool in your resort?

I have tons of chances to do so but I don't swim in public pools...

How many days before you go do you start packing?

Just once. ON our honeymoon 30 years ago. We went to DW to celebrate the 30th this year.

When your vacation in WDW is more than 8 days do you purchase park hopper passes or annual passes?

I have never stayed more than 8 days so Park Hopper

Who is the most underated character?

I think Pluto. I tried looking for souviner with just pluto (magnet or mug,etc) and couldn't find one. He is my favorite character.

What is your favorite counter service meal at MK and why?

Pinocchio Village Haus - but I've noticed they've changed the menu since we've been there last--Nice because it's indoors and air conditioned! Food was good too.

If you've taken any of the tours, which was your favorite?

Do you have one Table Service place that you must always dine at when you visit WDW?

50s Prime Time Cafe - my kids loved hearing the waitress giving the "Grumpy Grampa" at the next table a "hard" time - purely entertainment on both sides. I looked at my children watching the show - no one was moving, eating or talking just watching the show. They still talk about it.

Have you ever eaten at Casey's in MK?

I've had fries there, but I don't eat hot dogs so Casey's is generally a no-go for me. Plus I find the birds in their outdoor sitting area entirely too ballsy for my liking.


What is your favorite ride, and why?

Tower of Terror! I love it. I think it is the biggest thrill. Also, you never know how many times it is going to drop. Is it over, no, not yet, here we go again....

What is your favorite resort?

To me it is Fort WIlderness. We have stayed at Poly, Wildernes and recently AKL but we have camped at FW at least 4 times and it is like home for me. Dh and I visited there on our visit last month and I think he misses it too. We need to buy a camper.

Has any one done the segway tour? We did it last month and had a ball.

No. We want to, but the kids are too little and we always go with the kids.
