No, we are a strict Disney family....we ventured off once a couple of years ago and decided that that wasn't for us. Maybe a few years down the road we will do it again, but for now, it is pure Disney.

Have you gone to MNSSHP before, and if so what are the things that can not be missed there?

Have you ever had a Disney experience that made you really mad? What was it?

I think it was in DL when I was creating my own mickey ear hat and the lady in the store told me there wasn't a particular sticker, when there was. She told me "find it yourself" and walked off. Boy was I livid! I went to City Hall right away and made a complaint. Or in 1900 Park Fare the night where all the characters were skipping our table

What's something you've never done at WDW that you hope to try one day?

to be there with my family , grandchildren and all....My only DD is just 3 years old...I have a dream, I'am not rushing it until then to have my daughter old enough to goto a nicer restaurant such california grill or the wave...


I'am a huge dork and love to listen to my WDW CD in the car everyday on my way to work when preparing for my WDW vacation Departure .

YUP, I love my disney cd's .. honestly, i listen to them all year round, Four parks one world is probably my favorite! i also love to watch some disney movies and watch the diseny planning dvd

What is the most number of disney trips you have made in a single year? (wdw, dl, ect..)

Three...and I'd love to break that record & go for 4 or more but with kids at home that just won't happen (most of my WDW trips are kid free!) I warn everyone to look out once my kids are off at college or moved out - I'll be off to WDW on a whim!

Do you think Toy Story Mania is worth a 100-minute wait?

What's you favorite thing to do in Disney when not at a park?

What is your all time favorite souvenir from disney?

Tough one! Sheesh! Um...probably the HUGE Mickey I got with the Mickey's Grand Welcome room package at DLR last year. He's about 3 to 4 feet tall. I love it because everytime I walk into my room Mickey is there smiling at me And because you don't see a 4 foot tall stuffed Mickey everyday.

What's your favorite resort and why?

AKV for sure. I love animals and AK is my favorite park. For me, there's nothing better than waking up to a giraffe feeding on the tree right outside your balcony. It's such an immersive resort.

If Disney would create one more hotel (DVC or non-DVC) what would you want it to be?

well it has to be up to pare with some chains that offer all suites. I think there is a huge demand for this. The theme could be " Route 66" all sorts of bungalow style Motor lodges...a giant ball of string...."rest stop area's" The feeling of a road trip with the family representing the West side of america..very Kitchy. It should be a moderate with great slides...

Since we only go to DTD Marketplace, we hardly ever venture over towards the Westside, I would say that DTD is perfect the way it is.

What are your top 5 must do's while at WDW.

Must do's are....

Its a small world
WCC/or 50's primetime cafe
ride on monorail
Ghiradellis Vanilla hot fudge(dark chocolate) Sundae..NO nuts.
Poke around the Poly resort.( I don't think I would want to stay there BUT It makes me feel very Disney to walk around there)


Q:What do bring with you into the parks with you everyday.

Aside from the most common necessities (tickets, phone, money)? No matter the time of year, I would always make sure to bring Excedrin Migraine or some kind of headache medicine. I'm prone to headaches, and the Florida heat coupled with the amount of activity make it that more likely to happen. I'd hate to be stopped by a bad headache, so I'd always carry medicine for it in WDW just in case.

Is one person usually in charge of the camera in your family, or do you take turns acting as photographer? (I ask because neither DH or I really enjoy taking pictures and feel it inhibits our enjoyment of the event/attraction, so we have to take turns with the "burden" ).

I have always been the camera hound. Reached a burdensome pitch when the kids were young....SLR, P&S, and 8mm vid cam. Much easier now with small vid and digital cameras. I actually did a day without any!

What do you do with you video you shoot at Disney? Compile, edit, youtube, nothing?

I don't usually film anything. I'm pretty much a regular at the parks and taking pictures is suffice for me.

How many pictures do you usually take with your own camera/cameras on one trip?

I'd go easy on my next trip, but my last trip I took over 500 in 5 days... I'm a photographer and was obsessed with scrapbooking at the time. I dumped the BF who went with me on the trip so the scrapbook never got completed. Oh well. Good riddance.
