Interview the person below you (Part II)

What is your favorite time of year to travel (not just about crowds) & why. Do you get to go then? Is there anything about that time you dislike?

We like to travel in January/February. We usually travel then.
It is a low crowd time, the weather is nice but not too hot. Its nice to get away from our own "peak holiday period" (its summer in Australia) and its nice to get away from our extreme heat. We don't like that so many rides are down (last trip Big Thunder, Dumbo and Fantasmic were all closed)

Same Q

Of the times we've gone, I liked mid-September best. We like to go when it's hot (weird, I know) and the lower crowds were great.

What's your favorite non-attraction thing to see or do inside one of the parks? (For example, we love the Singing in the Rain umbrella at DHS......we stop there every trip.)

This is so silly, but DH always let me slip off and get myself a strawberry shortcake in Fantasyland (Mrs. Potts or something?) and I'd sit and enjoy it and just take in the scene. No more than 15 minutes away from the gang... But special moment for me.

Same Q

We love to grab a funnel cake and drinks at Sleepy Hollow, sit there while we eat and listen to Dream Along with Mickey.

If you could actually "be" a character for a week (not just in the parks, actually BE them) who would you choose, why and what would you do? (PG comments for any Captain Jack Sparrow lovers :lmao:)

I would be Fairy Godmother. I would go everywhere making people's wishes/dreams come true just to see a smile on their faces.

You are remodeling a room in your house and it will be Disney..... what room is it and what theme do you use?

I would love for my dining room to have the warm & minimalist, but regal look of Akerhaus.

What character would you like to be friends with in real life, and why.

My husband said Belle, because she is a reader and many interesting conversations could occur.

My son said Yoda so he could have R-2 as a companion.

I would probably choose Jane from Tarzan because she get to study animals!

If you could choose your own Disney Arch Nemesis who would it be and why?

What is Akerhaus? :confused3

Queen Narissa (From Enchanted) She's a great Villain!

Same Q

Doofenshmirtz - because I deal well with goofiness or........
Claude Frollo - I have NO TOLERATION for being mean to or ending the life of a child.

Question: What is the one food that you cannot find at Disney that you wish they had somewhere. FOOD, not candy/gum/drink. :)

My sister wishes they had Macadamia Cookies somewhere. I used to wish for Starbucks in the park but its there now :)

Same Q

Really don't have a food that I wish was at Disney because they have some unique items at the different restaurants that I don't think about the ones that aren't there.

What is your favorite part about arriving to WDW?

Getting told "Welcome Home" when we first arrive on property :) The first time we see the castle and let Mickey know that we arrived is special too.

Same Q

My favourite part about arriving at Disney is riding the fake monorail at MCO. It's the first sign that I'm finally on vacation :)

What's your favourite resort and why?

The Beach or Yacht Club. I love the "holiday" feel of the resort but being at WDW.

If you could create a new character experience (like Enchanted Tales with Belle) who would you choose and what would you do?

Villain Hall of some kind. Meet and greet with random villains such as :maleficen, Snow Queen, Narissa, Hook, Lady Tremaine, etc.

Same Question: If you could create a new character experience (like Enchanted Tales with Belle) who would you choose and what would you do?

An area where every week a new set of long lost friends would come out and visit with guests. Instead of this happening once or twice a year during a promo, it would happen all the time.

If you can create a new land for AK instead of Avatarland what would it be and what would be the major draw to that land?

I'm bias, but I would love to be an Australia section. Animal exhibits - Koalas, Kangaroos (I know they're in the petting zoo), Platypus, Emus, Wombats, a reptile, insect, snakes and spider display (might stop people coming here :lmao: maybe not a good idea ;) )

There could be a Soarin' type ride where you fly over Australia (Sydney Harbour, Great Barrier Reef, Yarra River, Ayers Rock) Perhaps another coaster. A tank with coral, fish and dolphins would be amazing too.

Same Q

Your idea seems dreamy to me! Let's convince Disney!

What would you add to WDW à la mini-golf, water parks & DQ?
