Interview the person below you (Part II)

Yacht Club - Lagoon View of course!

TNP - What ride do you get right back in line for?

We have lots of them (as long as the wait times are down)....the most would be EE, we rode it 10 times in a row last time and the time before that we rode it 8 times in a row.

What is the one attraction that you just cannot see the hype for and why?

Hmm...I can't really think of anything. I like all the stuff that is hyped over.

What is one ride that you think needs updating? Explain.

The Figment Ride...it used to be such a classic and then they had to change it and now I feel like it just sits there...I think it should go back to the original, so probably like the opposite of an update, LOL! That and the Indy Speedway. The ride itself is fine and a great way to get little ones behind the wheel, just feel like its kind of boring.

TNP: What would your dream day at Disney be like, morning noon and nite? Anything's possible, its YOUR dream!

Hmm...I'd love to have the MK completely to myself (and my mom and sister). I'd start with a breakfast at Kona, then spend time meeting characters, and ride all the headliners as many times as I wanted, and end the day with a private viewing of Wishes and dinner at Crystal Palace, and finally I'd love to spend the night in the Cinderella suite in the Castle.

If you could tour the parks with a celebrity, who would it be and why?

Well it may sound cliche but there's no one I'd rather tour the parks with than the man who stands behind it all...Mr.Walt Disney himself! But to answer in a non cliche way, I'd say someone who's young at heart and likes to have fun and LOVES Disney! Hmmmm...maybe someone hot too...Johnny Depp! Dressed as Capt Jack. LOL! :rotfl:

If you could add one country to the World Showcase, what would it be?

I think they really need to add Australia. To me, it's a glaring ommision. Russia would also be kinda' cool - you could really do some good architectural stuff with that.

TNP: What is the FIRST piece of advice you give to people who ask your advice about Disney vacations?

We have a countdown chain and each night we answer a Disney trivia question.

Do you do anything special on your arrival day/night?

I almost always go to DTD and get a margarita at the stand and get some dinner and shopping done...or sometimes we will make our first nite our California Grill nite...its a great way to start a wonderful vacay!

TNP: How long can you go between Disney Vacations?

About a year or two is the average time between trips, so that's about how long I can stand to be away.

TNP: Which water park is your favorite and why?

TL! I just love the theming!

TNP: What is your favorite resort?

I love the Contemporary for convenience and the Grand Floridian because it is so beautiful and elegant- I think they are tied!

TNP: Does one trip in particular stand out as really special for you, or were they all equally fun?

All of our trips are equally fun, because we always do something different or new each time we go. We do have our must dos and must sees, but we always throw in a new restaurant or two, a new show, and if we are going at certain times of year, we throw in a ticket event or festival.

When was the first time you went to WDW and what is the one thing you remember from that trip?

I went for the first time in '96 when I was three years old. For some reason, the thing I remember the most was going to a luau at the Polynesian and not liking the food because it tasted funny to me. :rotfl:

TNP: If you could only visit one park on your next trip, which park would it be?

Magic Kingdom...a trip to the World is not complete until I feel a little of that Magic Kingdom, seeing th castle is essential in a magical Disney trip to me :goodvibes

TNP: If you have any children or plan on having any children, would you / have you ever named them after a Disney character? I ask because I almost made my daughters middle name after my favorite princess-Aurora! But we went with Angelina instead :)

Not necessarily kids, but we do have pets named after Disney characters (Cats- Nala, Ariel, Melody, O'Malley, Scuttle; dogs- Rosie (named after Demi Lovato's character in Princess Protection Program).

TNP: Do you dream of living near the parks (i.e. somewhere in Orlando)?

I ALWAYS dream about moving close to Disney. So much so that I've looked into possible jobs there. I'm pretty sure I could find something good, but wife isn't a fan of moving away from family. I'll keep working on her though. ;)

TNP: Many of us love the magic of the Disney experience and how it makes us feel like kids again. There are, however, many romantic spots around the world. What do you think is the most romantic spot/activity at Disney?

Sharing a bottle of wine and a delicious meal by the window overlooking the castle at nite at California Grill! (Great question! :thumbsup2)

TNP: If you could get married on Disney Property, where would you have the ceremony and reception and what special touches would you add?

Ceremony- Wedding Pavillon, Reception- Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, and I'd definitely want characters at the ceremony!

TNP- Do you ever had Disney dreams?
