Interview the person below you (Part II)

Yes every time we are in Disney World, in fact my DH and I have already decided that when we retire we are going to get a job at the House of Mouse :cool1:

What is your favorite ride in each of the parks?

MK: Haunted Mansion
Epcot: Soarin
AK: Kilimanjaro Safaris
DHS: Toy Story Mania

What is your favorite stage show in the World?

I have many, but my most favorite is Beauty and the Beast show in DHS...it is my favorite movie and I am always smiling and singing along while watching it.

If you could be any character in Disney, who would it be and why?

Hmm, probably Belle or Ariel. I relate most to both of those characters!

Who is your favorite Fab Five/Classic Character and why?

Definitely Mickey Mouse....if it wasn't for him, there would be no Disney world (Well not true, if it wasn't for Walt Disney himself)....you know what I mean :goodvibes.

What is your dream resort that you wish you could stay in but haven't yet?

We are pretty hardcore offsite people, but I must admit at some point I'll spring to stay in an Savanah view of the AKL. Not sure when, but sometime.

TNP - Describe the favorite picture you have ever snapped at WDW, and why it's your fav. Bonus points if you can post it! ;)

Here is my favorite picture. I love how they are all standing the same way. This was a few years ago, but it still a fave.

TNP: I'm going back to WDW in June. When are you going again?

Right now we are next going in May. But if I can talk DH into and we can swing it financially I'd love to good for a long weekend at the Flower & Garden Festival for my birthday in March. But I really doubt that will happen.

TNP - what is your best restraunt experience in WDW?

TNP - what is your best restraunt experience in WDW?

Saana at AKL- Kidani. It is really a hidden gem!

TNP- Do you prefer staying onsite or off? And why?

Onsite because we love to be immersed in the magic 24/7, plus since we are DVC members it allows us to stay onsite each time.

Do you have something you have to get each time you are there, if so what is it?

Since it's opened, I have to get the tacos at the counter-service in Mexico. Wow. Really good. Before that, I always did a cheese tartin and some kind of pastry in France. My wife always has to have several Mickey's Premium bars, and the kids have to do at least a couple scoops of popcorn.

TNP - I think what sets Disney apart from every other theme park experience is their attention to detail. They call it "bumping the lamp" - Google Disney Bumping the Lamp. What is your favorite "Disney Detail" that many people wouldn't notice when they walk by, but stuck out to you for some reason or another?

Hmm...that is a tough. i love it all, but especially the details in the sidewalks/pathways in AK.

TNP: What is your favorite queue line at Disney?

The Shortest :laughing::rotfl2:

Sorry, Had to put it. Actually I like the queue for Expedition Everest. I know there are lots of things that I haven't even seen yet.

TNP: What Disney item did you get for Christmas?

TS - Le Cellier
CS - Mexico

TNP - We have done 13 trips as a family in the last ~6 years. It's clear that something keeps drawing us back. For us, the Disney commercial got it exactly right when they show the kids walking with the parent, and then when they pass by a window - you see the reflection and it's 2 kids together. When we're there, the whole family is just kids. What keeps you going back?

I have no idea, because we haven't been there for six years...

TNP: What's the most magical part of Disney?

The atmosphere. It puts you in a happy state of mind, and you INSTANTLY know you're at WDW regardless of the park.

Are you a "typical" Disney person ( the type of person that looks like they love cuddly kittens, unicorns, smiles, sunshine etc) or is Disney love something people least expect of you?

I ask cause I can be really sarcastic and pessimistic and people are shocked I love WDW as much as I do.

Typical! I am definitely the bubbly, singsongy, rainbows and sunshine, optimistic, glass half full kind of person.

Have you grown up going to the parks, or did you start going as an adult?

Have grown up going to the parks thanks to my parents buying a time share condo outside of Disney....I was 9 years old the first time back in the 80's right after EPCOT was first opened.

What sort of ride theme would you like Disney to create someday?

I'm thinking something with the Cars theme. The most obvious choice would be to change the cars on the Tomorrowland Speedway and rename it. However, I would like something a little bit different. I think these movies are so cute.:cutie:

TNP: Have you ever combined a Disney vacation with another park in the Orlando area? Maybe Sea World or Universal? If not, would you ever consider it?

Nope. I always tell people I'd feel like I was cheating on Disney if I went to one of the other parks! ;) Plus, being AP holders, I can't justify spending money on another set of tickets......

TNP - What is the longest time you've spent in one park in one day?
