Interview switched to tomorrow - Have a fever and head cold. HELP!

I have my interview tomorrow for a new internal job. Means a huge promotion and raise. But, I have a 101 fever and no voice right now. Plus, I have a huge case of medicine head.

Rescheduling is next to impossible - it took 4 or 5 tries to get our schedules to mesh, and I know we wouldn't be able to hook up until a week from Monday, which is after when 2nd round interviews are supposed to start.

So, I gotta go in and suck it up. I've been downing vitamin C, cold eeze, orange juice and everything else I can find. Maybe some DISboard pixie dust will do the trick?

Awww I'm sorry you're sick . I said a prayer that you will feel better by morning. Good luck with the interview!


If you are well enough to make it to the interview, don't let on to the interviewer that you are sick and have been running a fever. Exposing that person to an illness might be seen as a mark against you. I don't appreciate it when my friends or coworkers come around me if they are sick, but you may not have much other choice if you want this job.
