Interview Questions?

I remember an interview I went on once they would say a word and I would have to say yes or no if it related to me. Ex: funny, honest but they actually asked me some good ones that I wasn't even sure what the word meant which I think they asked me on purpose.lol

Do you Consider yourself a people person.

How would you handle an angry customer

Why did you leave your last job.

Do you have a criminal record.

A customer can't decide between Item a and Item b, how would you help them decide

Out of all of the people I am interviewing tell me why I should hire you instead of them.

Wow, lots of good stuff here... I am going to make an interview question sheet for myself to ask... so keep em coming.

What impact will you have on the business?

It's Christmas season. We want to make sure that we market the products properly. What approach would you take for product a, b, or c ?

The strengths/weaknesses question is one that we are taught to prepare for. I usually say my weakness is that I'm a workaholic!

No sense in asking where they see themselves in a year from now with the company, they just want to earn some money - could be your store, or the one down the street.

Here's one that DH got asked - makes no sense, but I'll throw it out there: If you wanted to know how many lightposts were in the country, how would you find out?
