Interval International resorts?

Hey,
I'm thinking about perhaps maybe possibly (do I have enough disclaimers?) exchanging my points for a trip to Mexico next March. I know these are Disney "approved" places, but I'd like to be able to find out more about them then just what's listed on the website. I don't know how to choose one over the other (maybe I should just take what I should get?). Or should I just close my eyes and jump?
Any suggestions?

If you're going to Cancun, the Royal resorts are great.

My brother owns at Club Casa Dorada Spa and Golf Resort (Hilton) in Cabo San Lucas and loves his resort. The beach really isn't swimable in Cabo, though. Very rough and dangerous.

Those are the only two I know about.

www.tug2.net has reviews and ratings. I'd say my short list would include the Royals in Cancun excluding VCI plus Paradise Village in Puerto Vallarta. I don't have enough info on the Cabo area to form a reasonable opinion. I would not do a studio at the Royals but the studios at PV have a full kitchen. Both are pretty strict on occupancy with 4 in a 1 BR and 6 in a 2 BR.
