Has anyone used these guys for transport from the airports to the hotels?

We used them the half marathon weekend. Price was comparable €120 for 3, same cost as train or Disney shuttle. Pick up at CDG was trouble free, they were waiting with our name on a board, short walk to car. The journey was quick, the driver was constantly fiddling with his phoneS - texting, reading texts, taking calls etc which I found disconcerting so asked him to stop which he did. On our return journey they did not arrive st the appointed time. - I rang them and it seemed they had mistaken our pick up time for flight time so had turned up early!! Or so they said. They had my phone number but did not call. They got a driver to us within about 20 minutes and reduced the fare by €10. Traffic was bad but our driver took us through all the villages, avoiding motorways.
Soooo mixed feelings, they put right their wrongs but with other companies available I'm not sure if I would use them again
