Internet security

We have used Norton Internet Security 2001 Family edition on our computer since our internet is an open portal type internet connection. We have changed to Windows XP and it will not work. I can not find any way to contact symantecs with this question and you are all so knowledgable perhaps you can help me. If I can not use this in the future does anyone have any suggestions of a program that will allow us to control which websites our children can access as well as protect with firewalls, viruses etc.?

and use Norton's internet secruity so something must have gotten messed up in your change over. They should be able to work it out.
