I know this has been asked before, but, does OKW have internet connection in the rooms, or better yet, wireless? is there wireless anywhere?

there is wired high speed internet. It's $9.95 per day. I always just use dial-up, it's efficient enough to check mail and surf a little (35 cents per local call for members).

I didn't realize that DVC members got a discount on internet access--can you tell me more about that? Thanks

Members do not get a discount specifically on internet access. Members get a discount on local calls, 35 cents vs 75 cents per call. If you dial up to a local number, it's considered a local call. You need an ISP with a local number, Disney does not provide it.

If you don't have an ISP with dial-up, you could do a trial of one like AOL or MSN. Some have reported using Net Zero.
