Internet gown shopping?

I might be taking the plunge on buying my gown off of the internet.
Has any of you done so?

If you have what are your experiences and where did you go?

I'm going to try weddingo.net.
I've emailed them a couple times and they are very quick in answering.
But I'm wondering if anybody else has tried internet gown shopping.

I ordered from buydirectbridals on ebay and they never sent my gown, closed shop, and took my money. Sigh...

i got mine from christinas gowns on ebay! it's a davinci gown and i got it brand new for half price! they were great! i went to a bridal shop in town though to try on the size they wanted to send me though, just to make sure it was correct...

I bought mine on eBay from Marry-Go-Round Occasions and saved $800 off the inflated price being asked at the swanky Southern California bridal shop where I tried on the dress!

Just be really sure you know what size to order - trying the gown on in a shop first is a great idea...
