Internet Explorer keeps crashing?

I'm not very good with computers at all, but does anyone know why my computer keeps shutting down every time I use the back button or the scroll down bar on the side?

We had a virus problem, and have installed new virus software, but now Internet explorer shuts down every few minutes or so

I'm getting so frustrated, and don't know what to do. It is really effecting my dis'ing and I don't like it at all!

Anyone have any suggestions as to why this keeps happening? We went from IE6 to IE7, but we started having the same problem with IE6. I googled for info, and it mentions something about Fire Fox, but we have that installed.

I don't have any answers just know how you feel. I had a virus issue and wound having to have my hard drive erased and reinstalled.Now I have a great internet connection but can't get the internet explorer to work. Thankfully I have my DH's computer to DIS with until I get mine working again.

why dont you just use Fire Fox its easy to use.

Thanks - we have been using FireFox for a few days now and that seems to be working.

I just went thru the whole trojan and virus thing Thurs Fri and Sat. i was crying the whole time because I had no idea how to fix it. My DS came up and got it working again but there are still some problems. I'm lost without my DisBoards. Hope you get it all fixed soon.
