Internet Coupons? Not at Wal-Mart?

So... if they can look like the same IP address, they still must not be? Because I read here that some are able to print the same coupon twice from each computer, when the limit is two from each IP? (jealous LOL)

The limit is not done by IP. The coupon software keeps track on each computer.

Sometimes the cashiers just don't understand the entire concept of how coupons work. I had one cashier at Rite Aid that would just complain constantly as she was scanning my coupons about how I am ripping the company off getting all this free stuff.

I do get that, but what I DON'T get is how someone can print the SAME coupon from different computers in the same house, since they all (computers) in one house should have the SAME IP number? And the limit per is usually two. :confused3

(maybe this is a computer techy question?)

I dont know but I can usually print 2 of the same coupon from each pc in my house. They all have unique pin numbers on them. I use alot of internet printed coupons each week.

If you want to get some action on this, make a phone call to the Walmart Home Office at 1-800-925-6278 and tell them what exactly took place at the register (make sure you have a store receipt so you can make reference to the store number).

And to make it stick -- mention the word "Target". Walmart has been getting a number of disgruntled Target shoppers, of late (due to some recent internet boycott) and they will do whatever it takes to keep people shopping at WM.

I guarantee after you hang-up, if your local store not accepting internet coupons is going against current Walmart policy, that store manager will be getting a phone call from Arkansas.

In my experience, Walmart could care less if you shop there. I had a cashier do the same thing and tell me they do not take coupons. Never scanned the coupon or anything. The manager came over an acted like she was doing me a big favor. I called corporate and was told each store can set their own policy. That was the last time I shopped at Walmart. I go across the street to Target.

Walmart is the ONLY place I don't get a problem with internet coupons.

of course, that might be because DBF works there and everyone knows me :goodvibes

I've had trouble at Target and Price chopper with coupons. regular AND internet. So I stick to walmart, unless i have an exclusive target coupon for something.
