Internet Connections at CR and POFQ?

We're going toPOFQ and CR in August. My 17 yo DD will have a complete meltdown if she can't go online. What type of connections are available at these resorts? We can bring a laptop with us.

CR has high speed internet, POFQ has dial up access. Cost for high speed is 9.95 daily and dial up is 75 cents for each local call.
