Internet and/or DirecTV Caller ID

Looking for info based on your experience on internet caller ID programs. There seems to be lots of web sites offering this, but I want to find out about ones you have tried and are or are not happy with. What are the pros and cons?

Does anyone use the caller ID feature with DirecTV? Does it work when you are on-line and have call waiting?
