Internet access at resorts

How does this work? I see that each room now provides high speed internet access.

Is this free? Is it wireless or do you need to plug into something? If so, what sort of cable?

It costs $9.99 for 24 hours and it wasn't wireless when we stayed at AKL in march this year. The cat 5 cable was in our closet so you don't need to bring one.

It is $9.95 for 24 hours. It is not wireless, and it isn't very fast either.
