Correct, Disney won't touch contracts from international sellers for ROFR. It requires extra paperwork for tax purposes so they avoid it.
These International seller threads always make me laugh. I have sold two contracts where I was done in two seconds and the closing company was telling me they were getting no response from domestic buyers on timely matters. They phoned me on the last one!
Last time I was waiting and waiting and in the end it was delayed by an important document that never reached me and no one from the brokerage even realized. I feel the brokers should be hiring someone whose job is to do just that, make sure everything is in order from start to finish. My real estate agent does that on her own, as part of her commission. And she is crazy busy.
I am totally off topic but I personally think the brokers give too much time/leeway in contracts.
