International Properties GMAC Realty for a resale?

One of International Properties GMAC Realty's realtors has contacted me in response to a "want add" I put out on TUG. Anyone have any previous experience with them?

I used them to buy a Marriott week and all went very smoothly. I would highly recommend them as a satisfied buyer.

I can't comment at all on selling through them though.
