International members with December use year

Have any international members with a December use year received their good until may 2022 pts yet (on any points that expired nov 30th 2021)? Wondering if its time to start calling them to find out the status or if I should give it a few more days.

I believe you have to call to use them. They will not just show up in your account. At least that is how it has worked with the other points DVC gave to owners to use as extended points.

SInce we are a week into December, you should be fine making the call.

I don't have a Dec UY but extended points did show up on your dashboard as Riviera points (showed up the same way as a transfer). The last reports I recall were that it was taking about 2 weeks for extended points to show up.

I was the same as the PP, the extended points showed up on my dashboard as Riviera points but I had to call to use them.
