International Gateway...."Will Call" Tickets?

I haven't done this in a while, so I was wondering:

1) Can you still activate an annual pass at Guest Services at the International Gateway in Epcot?

2) Can you pick up "Will Call" tickets at this location also?

I have read that you can do anything at the Epcot International Gateway that you can do at any other entrance. Their hours are the same as the main Epcot entrance.
