Hello!

We are staying at Beach Club and on our first evening plan to visit Epcot and eat there.

We also have the "Canadian" tickets which means we have to show our passport the first time we enter the park.

Will it be possible to do this at the International Gateway Entrance (or anywhere at the resort?). If not, will I be able to go alone and show the passports or will my kids have to be with me?

TIA!

As @yulilin3 notes above, yes there is a ticket window at international gateway. You might also check with the concierge desk at the BC to see if it can be handled there.

Ticket window at the IG is probably the one with the shortest lines. We activated our APs last year two days before Christmas in mid-morning and there was one person ahead of us in line. Very fast and efficient.

Confused - are your kids not going into Epcot with you that night? Do they have the same tickets? They would also have to show their passports, wouldn't they?

The OP asked about that...

As I read the question, the guest is not actually going into Epcot.
It is just a visit to a ticket/guest relations booth to "authorize/activate" Canadian tickets.

I'm not sure that the kids (we don't know their ages) would need to be present, as long as their passports
are shown to the CM.

"Visit Epcot and eat there" = going into the park, using the tickets? Not sure what she's planning on doing with the kids - meaning, are they going to go into the parks too or not? Is she asking if she can activate their tickets without the kids going into the park? Would that just use a day up on the tickets?

I see now that the OP is asking...
if the tickets cannot be activated at Epcot's IG (which they CAN be)
-if she did need to do so "elsewhere" on property, could she make that
trek to "elsewhere" without taking the kids.

Yes, thanks. We were planning to eat there but if I couldn't enter through international gateway with them I'd rather leave them at SAB with my husband while I go deal with it on my own first then return in the evening through international gateway with them as planned :)
