International Gateway Entrance and PPO Breakfast?

I was wondering if anyone knew if the International Gateway entrance opened early/allowed people to enter for a PPO Breakfast reservation, like the front of the parks do.

We snagged an early reservation for our upcoming trip and will be coming from the Boardwalk area. Hoping to be able to enter at the rear of the park and walk to the front!
