A soft opening just started today. It officially opens tomorrow. I went last year and I can tell you that the weekends get busy because of the local crowd. Early in the week seems to be when it is least busy.

Mid week is the best time to go! Weekends are much busier.

All of the parks get busier during the weekends, as the local families visit while the kids are out of school!

Food and Wine is a great time for all......they have sample size portions that they sell from street vendors of foods from different countries, wines, and beers....they also have some free tastings of wine and beers, and tea(in of course where else, England)!
