We have an ADR for Mickey's Backyard BBQ on our arrival day. I am wondering if it is quicker to take a cab to the Reception Outpost and then take the internal bus or if I should take a cab to Wilderness Lodge and take the bus or boat to the Fort, since they drop off closer to the BBQ. I did not realize when I booked that a cab could not take us inside the campground. Now I am starting to worry about having enough time. Thanks!

1) Take a cab to FW Outpost, then the internal bus.
2) Otherwise, your bus ride will be long, long, long.

You should be fine catching an internal bus. They run pretty regularly and you can take any of the colors (orange, yellow or purple) to get down to the Settlement area where Mickey's is.

If you are really pushed on time, I'd take a taxi to Wilderness Lodge, then take an internal bus directly to the FW settlement area - will be much quicker than catching one from the outpost. pixiedust:

That's what we do lots of time if we are on an external bus that goes to Wilderness Lodge before going to the FW outpost. We always camp in the 100 loop. There's a quick bus that runs between the two resorts.
