Intermission Food Court~HELP please

I am coordinating a trip of 80 High School students to perform at WDW during Spring Break (April 5-11, 2010). We are staying at All Star Music, and I am wondering if anyone who has stayed there can offer me any advice. How quick are they? Is there plenty of seating? And MOST importantly, what time do they open? There are 2 days that we need to eat and be on the road by 7am. I am really worried about the kids getting to eat breakfast in time. If any of you can offer me any advice, I would greatly appreciate it!

they open at 6 AM and have plenty of seating. There are 3 or 4 lines for them to go through for food and even more to check out. We stayed there in Dec and while we did not have a huge group the lines moved fast.

I have also helped chaperone a group of 200 at All Star Movies and we had no issues getting served quickly. You should be fine.

The only issue may be getting them up and moving that early. LOL

Our kids are used to getting up at 5am for band reviews and most of them have 'early bird' classes at school (they have to be there by 7am) so they are pretty good with the early mornings. Although I HATE getting up too early. Oh well.
I am really concerned about the day we leave. Our flight departs at 9:05 and we are using Disney Magical Express. If we have to catch the bus 3 hours early they will not have enough time to eat. I am hoping they can at least run in and get a snack or something before we take off. Otherwise I will have a bunch of cranky kids with me.
How did your trip go? How many kids did you have in each room?
