I just did the online checkin at SSR for our arrival this Saturday. I wanted a water view overlooking DTD and I vaguely remember asking for this when I booked months ago. On the itinerary page it said "Pirate/water view". Exactly what is a pirate view???

Not sure about "Pirate View" but when I made our SSR reservation (for 4 nights next week) I requested Congress Park - DTD water view. My confirmation reads "Pool View"????

That's a systems glitch. The pirate/water view is at CBR and somehow that description got transferred to other resorts in error.

Make sure to specify "water view". The last time I requested Congress Park only, I had a walkway view....no water.
