Interesting receipt of a code...

I ordered a new planning DVD some weeks back. I'm already in the Disney system having been a few times recently. So I wasn't really expecting a "code." In the meantime, I ended up booking our room reservation. The DVD came a few days after that and then a flier came this week. It said, "Your DVD is on the way. But you can start planning now!" Inside, it offers, "Here's a little something for your DIsney visit."

It offers $82 per night in the values (which does encompass our first preferenct dates already in value season) or 20% off for certain dates (which doesn't encompass our first preference dates). The weird this is I already booked a value family suite with 30% off. When I'd called I stated I thought I'd received a flier with a code but threw it away b/c I didn't think we'd be coming back so soon after taking a trip to Disneyland last year. (This is true, however I don't recall if what I threw away had a code and if it was for DL or WDW) - he ended giving my rooms to me for 30% off. So, I guess I think it's uncanny or ironic even, that I got this code and it's less than what I've already booked at without it!

I really wish I could give someone here the code but I know it's non-transferable. However, I guess maybe consider it encouragement -- and go out there and order your planning DVD! You never know!

Thanks - I'm hoping we spend less time in the Pottys of the World this year, but hey, who knows what fun our next Disney trip will bring us!

What's ironic is that I thought of you and your family just a few days ago when I saw a thread on the family board about potty training and a disney trip. I thought, no! no! It'll be a disaster.

The same thing just happened to me but I got the code via email. Sadly, we are not going down this year.

What's ironic is that I thought of you and your family just a few days ago when I saw a thread on the family board about potty training and a disney trip. I thought, no! no! It'll be a disaster.

My son actually 'completed' his potty training on our drive to Disney when he was 3 (yes 3, don't hate).

He realized how cool it was to pee on the side of the road and voila! He no longer needed pullups. (And no, he was not watering all of WDW - he did use the potties!)
