Walt Disney visited family at this home years ago. Upon entry you immediately notice many of the characteristics of days gone by included antique doors and glass, hand crafted wood work and solid wood floors….

Now you can own a home Walt Disney once visited…apparently.

It's just a cool bit of trivia about the house - making that listing a tiny bit more memorable. It would definitely draw my attention if I was looking.

Okay, I'll admit that I thought this was going somewhere completely different and that it was going to be haunted by the ghost of Walt Disney or something like that. You know, according to local legend...

Which also could mean the local legend is false and nothing more then a good story that has been passed around over the years. Realtor is wise to state it that way to avoid getting sued. IF in fact Walt visited the property would still mean nothing to me. If he had actually LIVED there for a number of years, there might be home decor or design elements that relate to who he was and could be of interest to buyers. Simply stopping by to visit someone who might have been a friend really doesn't seem like a selling point perspective buyers would care about.
