Interesting fastpass/rider swap situation

Here's an interesting fastpass/rider swap situation. I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts on it.
I'm going with my wife, dad, and four kids - 3 boys who can ride Splash, and 1 girl who is too short. I'd like to ride with my wife and boys, and then go with my dad and boys. Seems like the sort of thing rider swap is for. The math sort of works, but in a way I'm not sure cast members will like... It goes like this...
We get 7 FP for Splash - one for each, including the girl who can't ride. My wife and I go with the 3 boys using our FPs, and we get rider swap - one for my dad, and one each for two of the boys. So we end up with 2 FP left (my dad and daughter) and 3 rider swaps (my dad and two boys). That makes 5 passes, so that me, my dad, and my 3 boys could go again. The problem, though, is that my dad has two passes - a FP and a swap pass. Does this work? Is there anything to prevent us from scanning the same band twice at a time? Are the CMs going to be unhappy about it? Is it considered poor form? Anyone ever done anything like this?

I believe Grandpa's FP would be used in conjunction with the RS pass. With the new system, even the RS person is supposed to have a FP for the ride, and scan their band when they go through. He could take two guests with him. It may be possible someone could use your daughter's band/fastpass. That would only get you to a total of 4 people riding though.

Maybe someone else has information I'm not thinking of.

When you say 3 rider swaps, you mean one swap that allows up to 3 people to ride, right? As that is all they will allow you to have. Now that RS has gone digital, you won't be able to scan that band twice. RS isn't so that everyone gets to ride again, it's so someone doesn't have to wait in standby alone and ride alone.

Thanks for the thoughts. I think it's fair to be required to surrender your FP to get the RS, since 2 others get a RS as well. I think I will have just two of the boys ride with me and my wife the first time - those two get a RS while my dad traders his FP for a RS. The other son and my daughter still have theirs, which makes for 2 FP and 3 RS. Should then work out for me and my dad to go with the 3 boys, I think?

Yes, that will work, but then you have one boy who only gets to ride once, while you get to ride twice?

Yeah, but he's always been hesitant to go on Splash anyway. I think the selling point will be riding with his grandpa, and he'll be fine the first time playing at the little playground. I can sit out for him if he really wants to go the first time.
