Just got an e-mail survey yesterday asking me all about whether I had used disneyworld.com in the past to book reservations in the past and if I would be willing or more likely to in the future if I were guaranteed the ability to use discount codes and be able to review and modify reservations online; so it sounds like they're planning a major upgrade/overhaul to their online res. system. They even asked about the likelyhood of booking online if I was guaranteed lowest possible rates, to which I resonded most definitely, of course. :earseek:

I got the same thing! Maybe we'll end up getting a discount pin out of this...maybe...crossing my fingers for it at least!

I received the same survey and took it yesterday. I thought it was interesting that they were concerned about getting the best rates over the phone. We have been fortunate enough to get codes in the past and were really fortunate to get an e-mail code for our upcoming May trip, and one of the biggest reasons we don't use disneyworld.com is because you can't presently use codes on their reservation website. I don't see why they can't model their reservation service like most hotel chains and leave a space for codes or promotions while booking over the internet. I'm not a computer expert, but it cannot be that difficult.

Got the same survey a couple of days ago. This is the second one like this I have received in the last six months. Maybe some changes will be coming soon to enable booking online to become more user friendly. :flower: (Oh, by the way #1 TITANS FAN, GO JAGUARS!!)

I too got the survey and have the same feelings about not being able to use discount codes on-line.

I got the same survey and answered the same way... I do not book online because I can't get an AP or FL discount. I've even sent emails to them about this. Hopefully they'll do something about it!

I got it also and told them I couldn't book AP discounts online but would if they made it available.

Got the same survey, and completed it today. Did think it was interesting how they kept asking if you would use their site if you were given some special incentive, or were given special rates... heck yeah!!!!!!
