Interesting "critter conversation" with housekeeping

Stayed at POR once and as we started walking up the stairs to our second floor room, we saw a snake on one of the stairs ahead of us. I never backtracked so fast in my life! So, they get up on the second floors too!! I wouldn't have guessed unless I saw it with my own eyes! I was paranoid the rest of the trip!

On the upside... some of the Disney critters are adorable. We were at ASMovies in Sept and every night we'd see a little bunny or two hopping into the shrubbery. We were like "Awwww!". We did see a small snake at AKL (outside) a few years ago. It wasn't scary and wasn't climbing up stairs or anything.
