New to vacation home renting, enjoying it and found the articles very interesting.

I also liked the first article, DOs and DON'Ts. Agree with the DON'T about the transportation; we always have a car and drive from park to park, then home. Much faster than waiting on buses. But found it odd that it recommended both high-priced Deluxe resorts ($465 as the starting price, or average rack rate?), and private rentals that offer more room for less.

Wow...seems homes are becoming more and more popular doesn't it. They are great value for money but let's hope too many people don't find out about them for a while yet because rates are bound to go up when they do.
