Yeuk - nasty, bitey things that really like me, but what a fascinating article, Vernon.

I've got our DEET stuff ready - we bought some really strong repellant last year for your trip to the Philippines - but surprisingly didn't have to use a drop

I figured we'd probably need repellant down at the Everglades, but looks like we'll use it all the time, just to be sure

Does anyone know what the mosquito population is like in October/November?

Well how come you could see it Annie and I couldn't - it said that it was a past article and I'd have to check archives which would cost me - perhaps you could send me the link you looked at Annie or could someone cut and past it and email it to me.

Well, I'll admit I couldn't get into it, but from the link went into The Sentinel's business page, then tourism, scroll down a bit and amongst all the other interesting articles is this one about Disney bites Mosquitos (or something like that ). It's the long way round, but made it in the end

Deb - Boots, Superdrug or any good pharmacy. Superdrug's own brand - with DEET (that's the important word) scored very highly in a survey recently
