Interesting.

Just keep in mind that a) the creator was a high school student b) there is no research showing efficacy (so it won't be showing up in schools)

Not saying it doesn't work or wouldn't work or anything like that. And not knocking the fact that she was a high school student... just reminding all out there to be cautious consumers

we just hear all the time about people jumping on bandwagons that are a waste of time and money

Thanks Sue. Our ASD kiddo uses a couple of words, like bye-bye. When she watches a video (like the Sing-a-Long Disney ones), she'll actually move her head to the music and sort of vocalize in a very quiet way, like humming, but different.

I think it must be common, because her speech therapist wasn't surprised at all when I mentioned it. I'll keep this site in mind. It's a really interesting approach to language.
