Our family is interested in renting a studio for 7 nights, Saturday May 22nd through Friday May 28th - check out May 29th. Would like to stay at the Boardwalk, but any location on WDW complex OK. Thank you.

I can help you with your vacation plans. I have enough points available for all your DVC Villa needs at WDW. Price per point is $11.00. 50% non refundable deposit due when you get the confirmation letter on Disney letterhead. Balance, also non refundable due 45 days before check-in.

I use a comprehensive rental agreement that clearly identifies each of our responsibilities while working through the rental process.
