You can buy the tickets here too. I can't claim to have experience with the site yet. I just bought tickets for a night at Marcellus Theatre in Rome for our free night and Violins in Venice for our free night there. The tickets weren't really too bad priced. For the opera fans out there, Rome has Tosca and La Traviata over the summer. We are just going to miss them for our trip in September.
