So you choose manufacturer and line

On toppers, I like them as it gives me somewhere to put my sticky letters but I've also used them to mount very long thin photos I love inking - not just because its very theraputic but I like the finish. But if people don't like it then you can rule its not an embellishment if you like.

Doesn't have to be rusty pickle - I just couldn't remember any others and couldn't be bothered to get up from the PC Pick what you have/like It would be a good way to see other manufacturers, I thought, without buying a pack and then wondering how to use it

Or I'd be up for doing an element from a line as long as it was one I already had - with having to get stuff sent over so much I'd hate to hold everyone up because my paper hadn't made it this side yet never mind been chpped up and sent back

My Mind's Eye - Penny Lane (Maggie May, Free Bird, Feeling Groovy, & Tiny Dancer)
Graphic 45 - fashionista, playtimes past, transatlantique
Cosmo cricket - snorkel, everafter, lil' man
Creative Imaginations - Debbie Mumm (Cowgirl and Buckaroo) - love this line - too cute

That's just the lines I looked at because I love the companies.

If anyone is a Cosmo Cricket fan or Mind's Eye fan, I would gladly join a line swap for those. But I like the idea of everyone completing different elements with each paper line, then you can have potentially have all the elements made for the line.

Oh, I forgot about Bo'Bunny - I the Alissa line.

I love Cosmo Cricket lines - and I am not a fan of the distressed or aged stuff, but something about their line just "talks to me".

Isn't Graphic 45 gorgeous. But that paper would definitely be hoarded because I wouldn't know what to do with it.

I also love Sassafras Lass - particularly Serendipity and Life is Beautiful, but my LSSs don't regularly carry them. Although one of my LSS had all her Serendipity papers for 75% off, and I cleaned up!!! Can't wait to see what she clearances next month.

I actually bought Graphic 45 for thr first time last night, I'm actually gonna use it for my ATC's and some Inchies.
There's new stuff called Crate paper OMG the texture is awesome and the prints are so pretty.

DaisyD - not sure what it is, there's a green sheet with brown fleur de lis (if that helps)

I can get BG here - its fairly popular. And I can get mainstream CM

For elements, I would like to see a mini page kit. It would be like making a completed page without a background sheet of paper.

had a thought - how about a couple of newbie groups, such as:

Newbie - girlish (please specify colour/combo)

Newbie - Boyish (please specify colour/combo)

Newbie - neutral (please specify colour/combo)

So they could get a good mix of colours from the 2 groups they can join, and it will be less daunting.

I just have to say that since there really anything for me in May signups that I am so ready for this one! And with the paper sales at Jo's I have been buying paper and thinking! I have a 3 week break after the DL/DCA swap so I will be ready, willing and gung ho!!

I also wanted to say that I am ready for this swap. I bought TONS of paper during Michaels paper sale. I bought enough paper to sign up for quite a few groups - red/pink, green, blue, purple, and grey/black. So bring on sign-ups!!!!

I won't be around for sign ups in June. I would love to be able to work on them all along.

I can't do it any earlier then when it is set for- but that doesn't mean you have to wait. I just have to know where I am on things before i can commit to this swap and know what I can do and join.
