Interdenominational Church Services

Has anyone ever gone to the church service on board? What is it like? How long does it last?

We have attended the services the last few cruises we have been on. They have cast members lead the service. We had a few worship songs and then they preached/prayed. Nothin' like a Jamaican preaching...it is great. Our family really enjoys it, our kids make sure it is on our list of things to do.

They usually last about 30-45 minutes. Everyone wore shorts, very casual. The officer that led our first service is the "pastor" for the cast members....his name happened to be Christian from the Philippians. They have bible study every week for the crew. It's amazing to over look the massive ocean and worship. Our second service was led by the "head butcher" from Jamaica, boy was he passionate.
