insurance contact details help please

hi all after returning home my partner discovered that she left behind her vanity cosmetic case {yes i know 12 hours later}in the sante fe hotel room that we were staying in-anyhow as i took insurance out with disneyland paris when we booked up,it seems very hard to get insurance company details from thier site-i have contact the hotel about the missing vanity case and they said they would get back in few days

anyone have contact details please
