Insurance agent question

Well, I went in today and spent an hour there while the lady made small talk and then tried to sell me life insurance. I had to remind her when I was leaving that she was supposed to look at my car. She came outside, glanced at it, and then started to tell me that they also do IRA's and short term health insurance. I used to be happy with my insurance company, but this year they seem more agressive about trying to sell me more stuff. I guess everyone needs to drum up more business, but they need to be careful not to drive existing customers away.
