Hi - anyone at a DW resort now that can tell me if they still sell the Vacuum Insulated Refillable Mugs? The last time I saw these they were Star Wars themed and we absolutely love them! look like this but any theme will do! : TIA!

The standard issue mugs do have a decent insulation property to them, but not with the metallic content that your picture shows.

yes, I don't really care so much about the character design so much as the functionality. My husband is a coffee drinker and the plastic refillable mugs retain the smell of the coffee whereas this metal mug does not. also ice stays overnight in the metal mugs - I swear it is every bit as good as my stanley ! I really wish we could bring our existing ones with us on our next trip and just pay to have them reactivated - the standard issue mugs do not compare.

Unfortunately they have not had them since before the covid closures. I'm bummed out because they were exceptionally high quality, the insulation is fantastic, and I wish I could have gotten another one (mine is that same Star Wars design. I also vaguely remember they had a Skyliner one too). I agree that they should let us pay for reactivating them, even extra. I'd never buy a standard one again if we could. But I suspect they won't because those cups also hold more than the regular ones.

On our last Disney trip, we brought our old Disney mugs. When we arrived, we bought new mugs. When I went to get tea, I brought both mugs with me. Used the old one for tea. When we got home, I threw the old, tea-stained mug away and kept the new one.

All the mugs are the same now and really boring. I wish they would change them up. I am sure that they would sell more if they did. I usually do DDP and do split stays, so this last visit I had three of the things.
