Instacart Grocery Delivery Time?

We are staying at CBR and land Wednesday 10/14 at 12:30pm. We plan to take ME to the resort, drop of luggage, and then head to Epcot It's our only day at Epcot since its a short trip and they close at 7. We're ordering groceries and beer from instacart. Since we have to meet them for the order because of alcohol, when is the best time to schedule our delivery? Wait for the order (2pm-4pm) and then head to the park? or schedule the 8pm-10pm window and hope we can get back to the hotel in time?

I think either way it sound like you may only have a couple of hours for Epcot. I‘ve had ME take a couple hours from landing to get to the resort, so by the time you get checked in, factor time to get to Epcot, it may very well be close to 4 or 5pm by then.

I understand this is your only Epcot day, but I’d look into if that‘s worth it for just a couple, maybe 3, hours.

If it were me, I’d settle in and plan a nice dinner first day.

Thank you. Normally, i would just hangout at the resort but Test Track was down in January when we were there last and my older boys desperately want to ride it. I decided against adding beer to the order and I'm just having groceries delivered. And after further research, we're going to take a Lyft/Uber versus DME so wee can have more time.

That sounds like a better plan. Are you going straight to Epcot from the airport? I’d do that if possible.

Don't you have to be there anyway to receive deliveries if their are from a non-partner vendor? Disney changed their policy a couple of years ago and not only hold orders at bell services if they are from Garden Grocer or another official partner.

No, that is incorrect. We had groceries delivered last month from Instacart and they definitely held them at the Poly.

Anyone have groceries delivered while staying at the cabins? How does that work? Do you have to be around when they are delivered?

Hi. If we have a food delivery that contains ice cream will Bell Services keep the i e cream in a freezer? Will Instacart tell them? Im not sure what to do about delivery if we dont have our room when the food is delivered and hate to ask for a late delivery time since we will be there early.

We had frozen food delivered from instacart. It was clear bell services kept it in a freezer. In fact when we went to pick up our order, I mentioned it seemed like I was short some groceries and mentioned ice cream. And he mentioned he forgot to check the freezer.
